Quitting smoking sounds easier than it is for many poeple. How many of us fool ourselves by telling ourselves, "Oh, I can quit when I want to" and yet keep on smoking? How many of us have stopped on many occasions and started back after a slight gap? I bet that most of us who smoke have felt this way, and some of us still struggle with this.
